Placing an order

Placing an order with Pixtorie is easy. Here are some pointers that will help out:

• Create your on-line album via the Pixtorie website using Pixtorie's easy "Create a Scrapbook" tool.
• Once you are happy with your on-line creation, simply click the "Order Scrapbook" link that appears on the right hand side of the "Create a Scrapbook" screen.
• Clicking on this link will take you through the checkout process for the specific album you just created.
• The checkout process will take you through the normal and customary steps for on-line purchases, which includes collection of information such as quantity desired, billing and shipping addresses, coupon codes (if you have one), shipping method desired, credit card information and so on.
• So that your transaction is handled securely, all information and correspondence during the checkout process is performed through a 128bit encrypted SSL Certificate.
• Once this information has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming your order and informing you that a special Pixtorie package will be delivered soon!

Customer "Sign-off" on Custom Album

Because your Pixtorie album is a custom product, we require that you "sign off" on the album before you purchase it. The "sign off" step is in place to ensure that you have taken the time to go through your on-line version to ensure it is exactly the way you want it. This step is important because once the order is placed, the Pixtorie team will create the "real life" version by replicating the on-line version. The only difference is that the real life version is in true scrapbook form. For example, if there are typos in the on-line version, those typos will be in the physical Pixtorie album. Or if the photo you submitted and included in your album shows Grandma's head cut-off in the on-line version, Grandma's head will still be cut off in the "real-life" Pixtorie album.

To sum up, the sign-off step is necessary and required to obtain your acknowledgment and consent that the physical scrapbook will be made with the text and photos that you have chosen in your on-line version. If for some reason you decide when you receive the physical album that you would have liked a different photo and/or text on a particular page than what you actually selected, the Pixtorie team cannot make a change at that time. The Pixtorie album is a custom album and cannot be changed once the order is placed. For more information please review our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Order processing time

Pixtorie prides on delivering a top-notch high-quality custom product in 10 business days from the time the order is placed.

View order history

If you are interested in viewing your personal Pixtorie order history, simply login to your account. As soon as you login, you will be taken to a screen that displays a list of your past orders. If you are interested in locating a specific scrapbook, click on the order number link and you will be able to view the scrapbook name for that order.

Canceling an order

Because each Pixtorie album is a custom product, an order cannot be canceled once it has been placed.

Order status

There are two ways you can check the status of your order:

• Login to your Pixtorie account. As soon as you login, you will be taken to a screen that displays order history. Next to each order is a column that reports the status of each of your orders.
• You will receive email updates on the status of your order.

Redeem special offers

• Pixtorie special offers are associated with a unique coupon code, which is either physically printed on the offer or provided in an e-mail promotion.
• You can use these unique codes to order a custom scrapbook that you have already created, a scrapbook that was made online by a friend and forwarded on to you to view/order, or a scrapbook that you create after receiving the coupon code.
• During the checkout process, there is an area for "Coupon." In this area, you will need to enter the code that appears on the special offer/e-mail promotion.
• Once this code is entered and the rest of the order form is completed, you will need to click the "Process Payment" button. This action will take you to a new screen, which will provide order summary information.
• The order summary information will show you the total cost of the album minus the special offer discount. You will need to enter in payment information at this time to cover the remaining balance.
• After payment information is entered, all you will need to do is click the "Process Payment" button and your order will be submitted to the Pixtorie team!

Returns

Return policy

The Pixtorie album is a hand-made custom product and therefore is non-returnable and the purchase price is non-refundable.

While we do have a no-return/no-refund policy, it is still very important to us at Pixtorie that you are happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your album please contact customer care at customercare@pixtorie.com. Once we receive and review your email, and we deem it appropriate to do so, we will work diligently to remedy the issue in a timely fashion*. Shipping

Shipping options

Pixtorie offers overnight, 2-day and ground shipping services through FedEx. Once you enter your shipping information, your shipping charge will be calculated using the FedEx real time shipping rates table.
